Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Normandy Action Group will take place, by kind permission of the Trustees, in the upstairs meeting room of Normandy Village Hall, on Tuesday, 17 November, starting at 8 pm. Please see below for the agenda and relevant papers (some to follow). 

Item 7 on the agenda proposes a new version of the NAG Constitution, an earlier draft of which was discussed at the 2025 AGM. Four papers are attached below to support this discussion:

  1. The original 2006 document
  2. The version proposed for approval at this AGM
  3. A document showing the changes (tracked} from the original 2006 document
  4. A document showing the changes (tracked) from the paper submitted a year ago.

Also attached below are the draft minutes of the 2025 AGM. Reports from the Chair and the Treasurer will be uploaded shortly.
